The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), a Mini-Ratna government enterprise under the Ministry of MSME, is hiring 17 Young Professionals to work in its head office and offices across India. These are contract roles that run for one year and can be extended every year up to a maximum of 5 years based on your performance. The roles cover software development, digital media, market analysis, engineering, company secretary work, fund management and more, so candidates from many backgrounds can apply.

Who Can Apply?

Each role needs a different qualification along with at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field. Here is what you need for each post:

Software & Web Development / IT Specialist

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or related engineering) or MCA from a recognised university.

Digital Media & Social Media / Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, New Media Design or Animation. An MBA is an added advantage.

Market & Economic Analysis

• Graduate with MBA (Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations or Marketing) or MA/M.Sc in Economics, Econometrics, Physical Science or Humanities.

Company Secretary

• Degree in Commerce and a qualified Company Secretary. An MBA is preferred.

Material Handling / MSME Business Outreach / Market Research

• MBA in Finance or Marketing from a recognised university.

Civil Engineer / Electrical Engineer

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.

Venture Capital Fund Senior Analyst

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognised university.

All qualifications and experience must be completed on or before 8 June 2026.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years (as on the closing date of the advertisement).

Salary

• You will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month (all inclusive).
• This pay is all-inclusive — there is no separate DA, HRA, CGHS, or medical reimbursement.
• You can get an annual increment of up to 5%, capped at Rs. 70,000 per month, based on your performance.
• Income tax (TDS) will be deducted at source.

Selection Process

There is no written exam for these posts. Selection is done in two steps:

1. Shortlisting: NSIC will shortlist candidates based on their qualification and experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interaction or interview with the Selection Committee.

Call letters will be sent to shortlisted candidates by email only, so keep your email active for at least 3 months.

2. Register with your name, mobile number, email ID and date of birth, then verify your email.
3. Log in and fill the online application form with your details.
4. Upload self-attested copies of your Aadhaar, PAN, caste/PwBD certificate (if any), photo, signature, Class X certificate, mark-sheets, degree, experience certificates, salary slips and CV.
5. Submit the form and note down the Application Number sent to your mobile and email.

You can apply for only one post. If you submit more than one application, only the first one will be considered.

• Work on the specific role you are selected for, such as software development, digital media, market analysis, engineering, or fund management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical outputs for senior management and board-level reviews.
• Coordinate with internal divisions, field offices, and external stakeholders like MSMEs and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation in line with PSU and government standards.
• Support NSIC's outreach, branding, and digital presence among MSMEs.
• Help run promotional campaigns, track performance metrics, and improve engagement.
• Follow defined procedures, timelines, and compliance frameworks for all assigned work.
