Maharashtra Institution for Transformation (MITRA) — the state's think tank for policy and development — is looking for an experienced Finance and Procurement Expert to support its projects. This is a senior role with a high salary of Rs. 3,00,000 per month. It is best suited for finance professionals who have worked with government departments, development agencies, or multilateral development banks like the World Bank or ADB.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or Business. A Master's degree in Public Policy, Finance or a related field from a reputed (Tier 1) institution is preferred.
• Experience: You need 15 to 20 years of relevant professional experience in project management, policy research, development programmes, consulting assignments, or related fields.
• Experience Relaxation: The experience requirement is relaxed to a minimum of 5 years if you have prior work experience in a Multilateral Development Bank (World Bank, ADB, etc.) or have worked as a Project Lead in MDB-assisted projects.
• Experience with government departments, development agencies, consulting organisations or research institutions is preferred.
• Experience in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, project monitoring and report preparation is desirable.

Salary

• You will get a salary of Rs. 3,00,000 per month.

Selection Process

Selection is based on your qualifications and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates may be called for further rounds as decided by MITRA. There is no written exam mentioned in the notification.
