Jalore DLSA Panel Advocate Recruitment 2026 - 34 Posts

District Legal Services Authority, Jalore (Rajasthan) has issued this panel notice under the NALSA Free and Competent Legal Services Regulations, 2010 and Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority directions. The panel will support legal aid work before courts, forums, tribunals, authorities and front offices. The panel is not a regular salaried post; it is for advocates who can take assigned legal aid matters and follow the authority rules.

The panel is normally prepared for one year and can be renewed up to three years as per rules, performance and work need. The notice covers separate work areas such as civil, criminal, revenue and child/JJB/POCSO/CWC matters. Advocates with clean professional conduct, relevant court experience and readiness for legal aid assignments should apply before the deadline.

For Jalore, the panel covers Jalore HQ, Bhinmal, Sanchore, Raniwara, Ahore and the JJB panel slot shown in the official annexure. You should choose your preferred judgeship, taluka or work category carefully in the form because the authority may use that information while preparing the panel. Legal aid assignments can come through courts, front offices, tribunals, forums and awareness programmes, so keep your contact details, practice details and document set ready before submission.

Vacancy Breakdown

  • Bhinmal: 9 posts
  • Sanchore: 5 posts

Who Can Apply?

  • Professional status: You must be a legal practitioner or advocate enrolled with a Bar Council.
  • Experience: You need at least 3 years of continuous regular practice as an advocate by the last date.
  • Practice areas: Experience in civil, criminal, revenue, POCSO, JJB, CWC, cyber or similar legal aid matters can help during panel preparation.
  • Case proof: You need to attach five certified judgments or final orders in matters personally argued by you.
  • Representation: The notice says suitable representation may be considered for SC, ST, OBC, SBC, women and differently abled advocates wherever possible.
  • Training: Selected panel advocates must attend training programmes arranged by the authority or committee.

Honorarium and Case Fees

  • The notice does not give a fixed monthly salary, so monthly salary fields are kept blank.
  • Panel advocates will get fees or expenses as per NALSA/RSLSA legal services rules and local authority norms.
  • Once a legal aid case is assigned, you must not ask the beneficiary for any fee, charge or personal benefit.

Application Fee

  • No application fee is mentioned in the official notice.
  • You should still keep all document copies ready because incomplete applications can be rejected during scrutiny.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on application scrutiny, experience review and document verification. The notice does not mention any written examination.

  1. Application Scrutiny: The concerned authority checks Bar Council enrolment, experience, form completeness and preferred field of work.
  2. Experience Review: If more advocates apply than the required panel size, relevant experience and seniority can be considered.
  3. Representation Check: The authority may consider suitable representation for SC, ST, OBC, SBC, women and differently abled advocates.
  4. Document Verification: Sanad, experience proof, five case order copies, date of birth proof and category documents are checked.
  5. Panel Approval: The final panel is prepared for legal aid assignments after approval by the competent authority.

The notice also says that selected panel advocates may be called for training programmes from time to time. If assigned a matter, the advocate must follow legal services authority directions and must not collect any fee or personal benefit from the person receiving legal aid. This condition is important because the panel is meant for free and competent legal services.

  5. Your application must reach by 15 June 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applications received after this time will not be considered.

Before submitting, check that your five case orders are certified copies and that your experience proof clearly shows regular practice.
