IIML EIC Head Project Lead Programme Recruitment 2026: Overview
IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), hosted by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, is recruiting a Head Project Lead Programme on a consultant contract at its Noida campus. This role supports the centre’s entrepreneurship programmes through programme leadership and coordination. It brings the implementation team, internal units and external agencies together around the programme’s planned outcomes. Programme leadership across delivery teams is the central focus of this assignment.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Consultant engagement: You join on an initial one-year contract. This is a time-bound consultant assignment with the incubation centre.
- Extension: A further term depends on project needs, your performance and the centre’s policy. Renewal is conditional rather than automatic. The notice also links continuation to the centre’s need for the role.
- Interview expenses: You must meet your own travel and other incidental costs when attending an interview. The centre will not reimburse these expenses, so keep this condition in mind when planning your attendance.

Responsibilities
- Develop programme strategy around the centre’s mission and implementation plan
- Lead the delivery team and address risks affecting programme outcomes
- Coordinate incubation support and capacity building across stakeholders
- Support programme design and track delivery against agreed timelines
- Build working relationships with internal teams and external agencies
- Keep programme records and report progress against key milestones
- Organize workshops, stakeholder meetings and programme reviews

Minimum Qualification
B.Tech, MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute.
Required Skills
Programme management, attention to detail, communication, collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
