Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: The initial engagement lasts one year. It can be renewed annually for a further three years, depending on your performance and the institute's needs.
• Appointment status: This is a purely contractual position. It gives you no claim to regular appointment or absorption into the institute.
• Work schedule: Normal hours are 09:00 to 17:30 across six days each week, with Sunday off. The institute can change these hours when its work needs change.
• Additional working time: You may need to work beyond normal office hours or on holidays when work demands it. The notice does not provide extra payment for that additional time.
• Travel: The position may involve local travel and travel elsewhere in India for contact with companies. Your base remains the Noida Campus.
• Recruitment panel: The recommended panel remains valid for one year from approval by the competent authority. The institute may use it for later appointments within that period.
• Interview expenses: You must meet your own travel and incidental costs for attending the interview; the institute will not reimburse them.
