Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) is hiring a Junior Manager for systems, endpoint engineering, servers, data centres and device management at its Noida campus. This is a non-faculty position at an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Education. The engagement is contractual, with continuation linked to the institute's needs and your performance.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial term: The appointment runs for one year at first. IIM Lucknow can extend it annually for a further three years if your performance is satisfactory and the campus continues to need the position.
• No regular appointment claim: The contract does not give you a right to regularisation or absorption into the institute. Keep this condition in mind when considering the role alongside a permanent appointment.
• Working week: Normal hours are 09:00 to 17:30 on six days each week, with Sunday off. The institute may change these hours to meet its operational needs.
• Work outside normal hours: You may need to work after office hours or on holidays when urgent work comes up. The notice does not provide extra payment for these additional hours.
• Reservation: The advertised position is reserved for the Scheduled Caste category. The institute also encourages women to apply as part of its effort to improve gender balance.
• Agniveer preference: The institute may give preference to Agniveer applicants who meet the stated requirements. This preference does not replace the requirements for the position.
• Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum requirements does not ensure a shortlist place. The institute may use higher qualifications or experience to keep the number of candidates manageable.
• Communication: Keep the email address in your form active and check it regularly. IIM Lucknow will use email for recruitment communication and is not responsible for messages missed because an address is incorrect or inactive.
• Final submission: You cannot request changes after submitting the Google Form. Enter your exact percentage of marks, as the institute does not allow rounding off.
• Panel validity: The recommended panel remains valid for one year after approval by the competent authority. The institute can use that panel for appointments during its validity.
• Travel costs: You must meet your own interview travel and incidental expenses. The institute will not reimburse these costs.
• Recruitment changes: IIM Lucknow may change the number of posts, amend or cancel the process, or leave a post unfilled. It may also correct or withdraw a recruitment communication if it finds a mistake, including after an appointment letter is issued.
• Conduct and disputes: Canvassing leads to disqualification. Any legal dispute falls under Lucknow jurisdiction, and the institute will not respond to interim correspondence.
