Service Conditions and Caveats

• Women only: the district panchayat invites women for both roles.
• Local resident rule: you must already live in the revenue village area that your chosen Anganwadi centre serves, and the only proof accepted is the prescribed certificate issued through the Mamlatdar's Jan Seva Kendra.
• Honorary engagement: this is manad seva under the ICDS scheme — a monthly honorarium, with none of the pay scale, seniority or service benefits of a regular government post.
• Cut-off day: the last date of application is the cut-off date, so every condition the notice sets must already be complete on that day.
• Merit list, no exam: a centre-wise online merit list is built from your education and the marks you scored, and published following the prescribed procedure — this notice has no written test and no interview.
