Selection Process

EXIM Bank will first screen and shortlist applications based on your academic performance. Shortlisting happens in a 1:10 ratio — so for each post with 2 vacancies, up to 20 candidates will be called. Your total percentage across graduation and post-graduation determines your ranking. Shortlisted candidates then attend a personal interview at EXIM Bank's Mumbai Head Office, with second-class AC rail fare reimbursement on production of original tickets.

Procurement Officer

• Prepare procurement documents including EoI, RFP, and Tenders with detailed scope of work
• Coordinate purchasing contracts across departments for optimal efficiency
• Monitor all purchases to ensure compliance with procurement laws and policies
• Assess procurement requirements, identify supply sources, and manage contractual agreements
• Develop eligibility criteria, evaluation frameworks, and selection processes for tenders
• Manage outsourced service providers, contracts, and renewals
• Handle vendor relations, resolve invoice discrepancies, and address procurement complaints
• Track bidder queries on GeM, CPPP, and the Bank's tender portal
• Research market trends and price movements for goods and services

Officer Administration

• Oversee security, access control, housekeeping, and maintenance of office and residential premises
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service contracts
• Handle safety management and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Coordinate energy audits, electrical audits, and safety inspections
• Liaise with government agencies and housing societies for Bank-owned properties
• Manage facility teams and outsourced service providers
• Advise senior management on facility management and premises procurement
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
