Who Can Apply?

Manager (Internal Audit) - Grade/Scale MM II (2 Posts)

  • Education: Graduation with minimum 50% marks (3-year full-time course) + Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade with minimum 50% marks (2-year full-time course). OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership (mandatory).
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a scheduled commercial bank or all-India financial institution, working in internal audit, credit audit, handling audit reports, compliance, and RBI inspection matters.

Deputy Manager (HRM) - Grade/Scale JM I (2 Posts)

  • Education: Graduation with minimum 50% marks (3-year full-time) + Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) specialising in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management with minimum 50% marks in both degrees.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a bank, financial institution, or reputed organisation, working in recruitment, performance management, training, and manpower planning.

Deputy Manager (Administration) - Grade/Scale JM I (2 Posts)

  • Education: Graduation with minimum 50% marks (3-year full-time) + Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) specialising in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in both degrees.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a bank, financial institution, or reputed organisation, working in housekeeping, property maintenance, insurance, security, and administration.

Important: Only full-time courses from universities recognised by the Government of India, AICTE, or UGC are accepted. Distance, correspondence, part-time, and open university degrees are not eligible.

You should also have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computers and information technology.

Age Limit

  • Deputy Manager: You should be between 21 and 28 years old as on 31 January 2026.
  • Manager: You should be between 24 and 30 years old as on 31 January 2026.
  • ST Relaxation (applied): Maximum age with relaxation is 33 years for Deputy Manager and 35 years for Manager.
  • PwBD: Additional relaxation of 10 years in upper age limit.
  • Ex-Servicemen: Additional relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.

Salary

  • Deputy Manager (JM-I): Pay scale of Rs. 48,480 - 2,000 - 62,480 - 2,340 - 67,160 - 2,680 - 85,920 per month as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement.
  • Manager (MM-II): Pay scale of Rs. 64,820 - 2,340 - 67,160 - 2,680 - 93,960 per month as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement.
  • You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Bank rules.
  • Additional benefits include residential accommodation (subject to availability), leased accommodation, loans for housing, vehicle, personal computer, and children's education.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in 2 stages:

  1. Written Test (Subjective): A Professional Knowledge test worth 100 marks in 2 hours 30 minutes. Part I has 1 compulsory question for 40 marks. Part II has 8 questions, and you need to attempt any 6 for 60 marks. There is no negative marking since the paper is subjective. Written test carries 70% weightage in the final merit.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on their written test performance will be called for interview. Interview carries 30% weightage (out of 100 marks). Interviews will be held in Mumbai and New Delhi.

Final Merit: Calculated by combining written examination marks (70% weightage) and interview marks (30% weightage). There is no sectional cut-off in the written test.

  6. Upload your photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, 200 x 230 pixels, 20-50 KB), signature (140 x 60 pixels, 10-20 KB), left thumb impression (240 x 240 pixels, 20-50 KB), and handwritten declaration (800 x 400 pixels, 50-100 KB) as per specifications.
