ESIC Raipur Walk-in Interview 2026 – Medical Officer, Specialist and Senior Resident

Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh has invited doctors to join on a contractual basis through a walk-in interview. A total of 17 posts are available across three categories: Medical Officer, Specialist (Full-Time and Part-Time), and Senior Resident. These are contractual posts for 1 year, which can be extended based on performance.

The walk-in interview will be held on 11 March 2026 at ESIC Hospital, Rawabhata, Raipur. You must send your application by email before 06 March 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Post-wise Vacancy Details

Note: The combined total of FT and PT Specialist posts is 8.

Salary Details

The pay is consolidated and includes DA (Dearness Allowance), NPA (Non-Practising Allowance), and HRA (House Rent Allowance).

Eligibility Criteria

Medical Officer (A&E) – 3 Posts

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university, registered with MCI/NMC
• Experience: 2 years of work experience in Accident & Emergency department
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years

Full-Time (FT) Specialist

• Qualification: PG Degree (MD/MS) or DNB in relevant specialty, or PG Diploma with more experience
• Experience: 3 years after PG Degree / DNB, or 5 years after PG Diploma
• Age Limit: Maximum 67 years
• Specialties: Orthopaedics, Dental, Chest, A&E, Radiology, Dermatology, Microbiology, Biochemistry

Part-Time (PT) Specialist

• Qualification: PG Degree (MD/MS) or DNB in relevant specialty, or PG Diploma with more experience
• Experience: Same as FT Specialist
• Age Limit: Maximum 67 years
• Specialties: Orthopaedics, Dental, Chest, A&E, Radiology, Dermatology, Microbiology, Biochemistry

Senior Resident – 6 Posts

• Qualification: PG Degree or DNB in relevant specialty
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
• Departments: OBG (2 posts), Anaesthesia (1), Medicine (1), Surgery (1), Paediatrics (1)

Selection Process

There is no written exam for these posts. Selection is done through a walk-in interview on 11 March 2026.

1. Document Verification: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
2. Interview: Starts from 11:00 AM onwards

Venue: Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, ESIC Hospital, Rawabhata, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Candidates must bring all original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of the walk-in interview.

• Examine patients and provide medical treatment in the assigned department
• Handle emergency cases in the Accident and Emergency department as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and medical reports
• Conduct ward rounds and monitor the health of admitted patients
• Coordinate with nursing staff and paramedics for patient care
• Follow ESIC hospital protocols, guidelines, and standard medical procedures
• Provide specialist consultation and treatment in the assigned specialty
• Support and guide junior medical staff and interns where applicable
• Attend all required duties including emergency shifts as directed by the hospital administration
