Department of Panchayati Raj, Government of Jharkhand has released a terms-of-reference notice for a State-level Position under Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA). The post supports capacity building, training, research and participatory planning work for Panchayati Raj Institutions in Jharkhand.
