The District Medical and Health Office (DMHO), Nalgonda is recruiting staff for National Health Mission (NHM) programmes across the district. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: Your appointment lasts for one year or until the need ends, whichever comes first. The notice does not offer a permanent or regular government appointment.
• Work location: You must remain based at your assigned headquarters. These positions do not carry a transfer facility, and official tours may be needed.
• Administration: Appointees work under the overall control of the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare and the Mission Director, NHM. Outsourced staff join through an outsourcing agency.
• Continuation: Performance is reviewed periodically and may influence continuation or termination when future staffing needs arise. Either side must give 30 days' termination notice.
• Reservation: Community and horizontal reservation rules apply, including the stated 33 1/3% provision for women. Local-candidate reservation follows the Presidential Order, and the existing roster continues.
• Scheduled Areas: Where the specified government order applies, the relevant vacancies are reserved exclusively for local Scheduled Tribe candidates.
• Panel: The candidate panel can be used for future vacancies for one year from final selection. The District Collector can modify or cancel the recruitment process.
• Conduct and expenses: Appointment is subject to disciplinary and conduct rules. The notice provides no travel or daily allowance for attending interviews.
