  • Officers with at least 3 years of service in Level-7, Level-8, or Level-9
  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in Administration, Accounts, or Establishment

Junior Accounts Officer — JAO (12 Posts — Level-6)

  • Central Government officers at the level of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) or Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) or equivalent
  • You must have completed training in Cash & Accounts from ISTM or a recognised institute
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cash, Accounts, or Budget work is required

Stenographer Grade-I (22 Posts — Level-6)

  • Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government on a regular basis, OR
  • Officers with at least 10 years of service in Level-4

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of the application

Salary

  • Deputy Director (Level-11): Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700 per month
  • Assistant Director Grade-I (Level-10): Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500 per month
  • Junior Accounts Officer & Stenographer Grade-I (Level-6): Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 per month

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative work in General Administrative Division of DC MSME (Deputy/Assistant Director)
  • Manage establishment matters, personnel files, and policy implementation (Deputy/Assistant Director)
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets, accounts, and financial statements (JAO)
  • Maintain cash books, vouchers, and reconcile accounts as per government norms (JAO)
