- Officers with at least 5 years of service in Level-10
- You must also have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university and at least 5 years of experience in Administration, Establishment, or Accounts
Assistant Director Grade-I (3 Posts — Level-10)
- Officers holding an analogous post on regular basis, OR
- Officers with at least 3 years of service in Level-7, Level-8, or Level-9
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in Administration, Accounts, or Establishment
Junior Accounts Officer — JAO (12 Posts — Level-6)
- Central Government officers at the level of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) or Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) or equivalent
- You must have completed training in Cash & Accounts from ISTM or a recognised institute
- At least 2 years of experience in Cash, Accounts, or Budget work is required
Stenographer Grade-I (22 Posts — Level-6)
- Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government on a regular basis, OR
- Officers with at least 10 years of service in Level-4

- Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of the application
- This is the standard age limit applicable for all deputation posts under Central Government
Salary
- Deputy Director (Level-11): Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700 per month
- Assistant Director Grade-I (Level-10): Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500 per month
- Junior Accounts Officer & Stenographer Grade-I (Level-6): Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 per month

Responsibilities
- Handle administrative work in General Administrative Division of DC MSME (Deputy/Assistant Director)
- Manage establishment matters, personnel files, and policy implementation (Deputy/Assistant Director)
- Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets, accounts, and financial statements (JAO)
- Maintain cash books, vouchers, and reconcile accounts as per government norms (JAO)
- Provide stenographic support including shorthand dictation and transcription for senior officers (Stenographer)
- Draft official correspondence, reports, and notes in English and Hindi as required
- Coordinate with other government departments and ministries on assigned matters
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive departmental documents and records
