This is a direct recruitment notice for 29 banks and societies across several districts in Kerala. Selection will be through an OMR written exam and interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Basic qualification: You must have passed SSLC or an equivalent exam.
• Co-operative training: You need the Subordinate Personal Co-operative Training Course, also called Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC).
• Kasaragod equivalence: For Kasaragod appointments, GDC/DCM from Karnataka State Co-operative Federation or JDC from Kerala State Co-operative Union is accepted as equivalent.
• Alternative qualification: You can also apply with B.Com with Co-operation as an optional subject, or any recognised degree plus HDC, HDC & BM, HDCM, or B.Sc Co-operation and Banking from Kerala Agricultural University.
• Deadline rule: You must hold the required qualification before 30 June 2026.

Age Limit

• You must be at least 18 years old as on 01 January 2026.
• Maximum age is 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
• SC/ST: Upper age relaxation of 5 years.
• OBC / Ex-servicemen / EWS: Upper age relaxation of 3 years.
• PwD: Upper age relaxation of 10 years for persons with 40% or more disability.
• Widows: Upper age relaxation of 5 years.

Salary

• Lowest pay scale: Rs. 12,740 to Rs. 34,320 per month.
• Common Class I bank scale: Rs. 16,890 to Rs. 43,660 or Rs. 17,360 to Rs. 44,650 per month in many banks.
• Highest pay scale: Rs. 17,590 to Rs. 45,570 per month.
• Final salary depends on the specific co-operative bank where you are appointed.

Application Fee

• General and age-relaxation categories: Rs. 150 for one society/bank, plus Rs. 50 for each additional society/bank.
• SC/ST: Rs. 50 for one society/bank, plus Rs. 50 for each additional society/bank.
• GST: You must also pay 18% GST with the exam fee.
• Payment mode: Online payment through the official CSEB candidate portal.

Selection Process

The selection process has written exam and interview stages, followed by rank list preparation and appointment.

1. OMR Written Exam: CSEB will conduct an exam with 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark.
2. Interview: The concerned co-operative bank will conduct the interview for candidates in the qualified list. The interview carries 20 marks.
3. Rank List: CSEB will prepare the rank list as per the written exam and interview process.
4. Document Verification: Original documents for age, qualification, fee, and reservation claims will be checked before appointment.

In the interview, 4 marks are given for attending, while the remaining 16 marks depend on interview performance.
