Kerala CSEB Assistant Secretary and Chief Accountant Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts
Kerala State Co-operative Service Examination Board (CSEB) has released Notification No. 16/2026 for Assistant Secretary and Chief Accountant posts. The recruitment is for direct appointment in two co-operative banks, with selection through the CSEB online exam and interview process. This notice should be checked by graduates who have co-operative banking qualifications and want an officer-level accounts or administration role in Kerala.
The notification covers one Assistant Secretary post in Kollam and one Chief Accountant post in Kannur. The pay scales are different for the two posts, so you should check both the vacancy and salary before applying. Both roles need strong understanding of co-operative banking, records, accounts, member service, and internal office control.
Both posts are General category vacancies, but the age-relaxation rules listed in the notification still apply where relevant. The Assistant Secretary role is more administration-focused, while the Chief Accountant role is accounts-focused. In both posts, you should be ready to handle bank records, member-facing work, internal reports, and the discipline expected in a co-operative banking office.
