Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: HR post needs Bachelor's degree with MBA or PG Diploma in HR/Personnel/IR. FIN needs Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics degree with MBA Finance or CA Inter/CMA Inter. MM needs Bachelor's degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred and receives weightage.
• Citizenship or service condition: Indian candidates meeting the post-wise qualification can apply.

Age Limit

• Age limit: Candidates will not be engaged beyond 60 years
• Age date: 2026-05-01

Salary

• Pay: Basic pay starts at Rs. 25,000 plus IDA; higher basic pay up to Rs. 36,602 by experience slab
• Allowances: EPF, Employees' Compensation Act coverage, bonus if applicable, and HRA where company quarter is not available.
