Cent Bank Home Finance Limited (CBHFL) is a Housing Finance Company jointly promoted by Central Bank of India, NHB, HUDCO and SUUTI. The company provides long-term housing finance for construction/purchase of residential houses/flats, top-up loans, mortgage loans, loans against property, and loans for commercial property across pan-India locations. Selection is through personal interview only - there is no written exam. Qualified CAs with experience in Housing Finance Company, NBFC or Banking sector should apply.

Who Can Apply?

Common Qualification

• You must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with basic knowledge of computer applications
• You need minimum 7 years of overall post-qualification experience
• You must be a citizen of India

For Manager (Accounts Department)

• Minimum 3 years experience in Housing Finance Company (HFC)/NBFC/Banking sector in Finance & Accounts stream

For Manager (Credit Underwriting Department)

• Minimum 3 years experience in HFC/NBFC/Banking sector in Credit Underwriting or Disbursement/Operation Department

Desired Exposure

• Ind AS, regulatory reporting, audit handling, taxation and financial systems

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years as on 30 April 2026
• Age Relaxation:
• SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
• OBC: 3 years (up to 43 years)

Salary

• The CTC offered will be decided based on your qualification, experience, and current CTC from your existing employer
• The company ensures a prudent and reasonable fit within its compensation structure
• Annual increment is applicable as per Company's Policy
• Probation Period: Up to 6 months, extendable up to 1 year if required

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

1. Personal Interview: Selection is through personal interview by the Interview Committee
2. Background/CIBIL Check: The company may conduct background checks or CIBIL verification at any stage
3. Medical Fitness: Final appointment is subject to being declared medically fit
4. Reference Check: Satisfactory reports from previous employer and referees
