The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial Hospital, under the Government of NCT of Delhi, has announced a walk-in interview for 7 Senior Resident (SR) posts in three departments. The job is on an ad-hoc basis for 89 days or till regular Senior Resident doctors are appointed by the centralised committee, whichever is earlier. This is a direct walk-in with no written exam and no fee.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or Diploma in the concerned specialty.
• If PG holders are not available: Candidates with at least 2 years of experience after MBBS from a Govt./Govt. empaneled hospital (with 1 year in the concerned specialty) may be considered. Preference goes to those with 2 or more years of experience in the specialty.
• Registration: You must have a valid registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
• Important: You must not have already completed 3+1 years of Senior Residency in any recognised institute (regular or ad-hoc).

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 45 years as on the date of interview.
• Age Relaxation: Reserved category candidates get age relaxation as per rules.

Salary

• You will be paid as per Pay Matrix Level 11 — Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
• Plus other admissible allowances under the residency scheme.

Application Fee

• There is no fee for appearing in the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done through a walk-in interview:

1. Walk-in Interview: Report at the Administrative Block between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon on the interview day with your filled application form and self-attested copies of documents.
2. Document Verification: Bring your original certificates for verification at the time of the interview.
3. Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of all certificates.

If selected, you must join within 5 days of the offer letter, or the offer is cancelled.
