Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) is hiring a Project Engineer (Project Associate-II) for its Lower Atmospheric Wind Profiler project. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project appointment: The engagement is purely temporary and contractual. It may end with the LAWP project and does not create a right to permanent employment at ARIES.
• Tenure: The initial appointment runs for one year. ARIES may extend it for up to another two years when your performance is satisfactory and the project still needs the position.
• Place of work: You may work at Manora Peak, the LAWP installation site, Devasthal, Haldwani or another ARIES station connected with the assignment.
• Project scope: Your main assignment is LAWP, but the institute may also place you on related work for the ASTRAD or ST Radar facility.
