As the local self-government body for Yavatmal district, ZP Yavatmal regularly needs legal representation across multiple court levels, and this panel will handle that work for the next term. Separate applications are mandatory for each court level you wish to be considered for — district and taluka courts, the Nagpur and Aurangabad High Court benches, and the Supreme Court each need their own application form. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must hold an LLB degree and be registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, or the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: You need at least 7 years of practice as an advocate in the court you are applying for.
• Documents: Keep your educational qualification certificate, Bar Council registration proof, experience certificate, and residence certificate ready as self-attested copies.
• If you were previously on the ZP Yavatmal advocate panel, the selection committee will review your past work performance before deciding.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ZP Yavatmal will select advocates through a direct interview:

1. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
2. Empanelment: Selected advocates will be added to the ZP Yavatmal legal panel based on their interview performance and, where applicable, their past work record with the ZP.
