UCO Bank, a Government of India undertaking, is hiring IT Specialist Officers in MMGS-II under its Specialist Cadre through Advertisement No. HO/HRM/RECR/2026-27/COM-01. Posts and Disciplines

Post-wise Duties

Manager-AI/ML Engineer

You will design, develop, deploy and monitor AI and machine learning models for banking applications, working with business and technology teams to translate requirements into working systems. The role covers advanced data analysis and predictive modelling, defining the Bank's AI strategy, and managing AI governance and model performance across its lifecycle.

Manager-Cyber Security

You will lead Red Team operations and offensive security testing — penetration testing of networks, applications, cloud environments and APIs, plus security assessment of the Bank's AI and large-language-model deployments. You will document attack chains and proof-of-concepts, and work with the SOC team to turn offensive findings into stronger defensive playbooks.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Probation: One year from the date of joining.
• Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve the Bank for a minimum of two years, or pay Rs. 2 lakh if they leave earlier.
• One Position Only: A candidate applying for one position cannot also apply for the other — pick carefully before you submit.
• NOC Requirement: Candidates already working in government, quasi-government, PSU or financial-institution roles must bring a No Objection Certificate from their employer to the interview.
