TMC CSSD Tech, Radiation Technologist Recruitment 2026: Overview

Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), the country's leading cancer-care institution and a Grant-in-Aid body under the Department of Atomic Energy, is hiring for its Punjab unit, the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (HBCH&RC) at New Chandigarh, Medicity, Mohali. TMC runs a network of comprehensive cancer centres across India, including HBCH units in Punjab, Varanasi, Muzaffarpur and Visakhapatnam, and this walk-in is specifically for the Punjab unit. The recruitment covers a CSSD Technician and a Radiation Technologist, run through the outsourcing agency M/s Innovsource Services Pvt Ltd, which supplies manpower to the hospital on contract. Posts and Disciplines

• Radiation Technologist: works in the radiotherapy unit, operating Linear Accelerators and other radiation equipment used in cancer treatment. Upper age limit is 35 years.

Post-wise Duties

CSSD Technician

You will sterilise, pack and issue surgical instruments and hospital materials, and keep the department's stock and hygiene records in order.

Radiation Technologist

You will operate radiotherapy machines including Linear Accelerators, position patients correctly for each treatment session, and maintain accurate treatment records for the radiation oncology team.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement type: Both posts are outsourced contract roles through Innovsource Services, not direct TMC employment.
• Posting: The posting may be at New Chandigarh or Sangrur, depending on the institute's requirement.
• Vacancy flexibility: The number of posts advertised can increase or decrease as per the hospital's requirement.
