Who Can Apply?

For Manager Cadre:

• Qualification: Any graduation or post-graduation with first class (60% marks) in any discipline under regular stream from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank in sourcing or processing loans, MSME loans, or retail loans.

For Assistant Manager Cadre:

• Qualification: Same as above — graduation or post-graduation with first class marks.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a bank in sourcing or processing loans, MSME loans, or retail loans.

• Other Conditions: You should have no vigilance case or adverse observation pending against you from RBI or any statutory authority.

Since this is a regular basis appointment and not a fixed-term contract, it comes with long-term career stability compared to project-based banking roles.

• You should not be more than 35 years old as on 30 June 2026.

TMB will select Relationship Managers in a single stage:
