Graduate with the post-specific Special Education qualification and valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) number. ARP and AARP need a 1-year Special Education diploma; Special Educator accepts Special B.Ed. or a 1-year RCI-recognised Special Education diploma.
