Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract length: The initial engagement lasts eleven months. Without an extension, it ends automatically, and the institute need not give a separate reason for its expiry.
• Early termination: Either side can end the arrangement with one month’s notice during the contract. The positions may also end if the wage budget is unavailable.

• Leave: Leave follows the Department of Personnel and Training instructions cited in the notice, including their amendments. Check these terms before accepting the engagement.
• Written undertaking: If appointed, you must confirm in writing that you accept the advertisement’s terms. The notice also treats applying as acceptance of its grant-related payment conditions.
• Information accuracy: False declarations or hidden material facts can lead to cancellation of your candidature or removal after appointment. The Director can cancel the advertisement or recruitment at any stage.
• Travel costs: The institute will not reimburse travel or daily expenses for attending the interview or reporting for the engagement.
