Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is offering Dresser Cum Compounder proficiency training at its Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant (CFP) in Maharashtra. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Training tenure: The programme lasts 18 months. Your engagement is for proficiency training, and the notice gives you no claim to a job at CFP after completing it.
• Working schedule: You will attend an 8-hour shift and receive one day off each week. Consider this attendance commitment when deciding whether the programme fits your plans.
• Completion certificate: CFP's occupational health centre issues the certificate after you complete the entire programme with satisfactory performance. Leaving before completion means you will not receive it.
• Provisional admission: Where registration applies, you must provide it within three months of joining if it is unavailable at admission. Your admission remains provisional until then, and unresolved provisional admission prevents issuance of the proficiency certificate.
• Leave and holidays: The notice allows 7 days of casual leave during training. National holidays are covered through closed holidays or compensatory time off.
• Conduct: You must follow the centre's safety rules, discipline requirements and professional ethics. Disrupting the dispensary's work or breaching the rules can lead to termination of training.
• Travel: You must attend at your own expense. CFP does not cover the cost of your visit for this drive.
• Admission decisions: CFP can reduce intake, leave places unfilled or cancel the process. Its decision on admission is final under the conditions in the notice.
• Accuracy of information: False declarations, impersonation or information inconsistent with the notified conditions can lead to cancellation even after admission. Trying to influence the process can also disqualify you.
