Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) Project Manager Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has released Advertisement No. 04/2026 dated 13 May 2026 for the engagement of one experienced Project Manager on contract basis. The selected candidate will work on the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Contract D2C-02 project. Selection is through a walk-in interview only — no written exam. Civil Engineering professionals with proven leadership experience in metro, railway, bridge, or tunnel construction can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognised university/deemed university/AICTE-approved institution. Only full-time courses are considered.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years total post-qualification experience, out of which at least 5 years must be as In-charge of similar works.
• Note: Internship, apprenticeship, training period, summer training, teaching, academic, or freelancing experience will NOT be counted as qualifying experience.
• You must produce all original documents at the time of walk-in interview.
• If you are currently working in any Govt/Quasi Govt office or PSU, you must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer at the interview.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years as on the date of interview (26 May 2026).
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Salary

• Monthly remuneration is Negotiable (CTC basis).
• RVNL offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/grade as per company policy.
• Statutory deductions for EPF (employee share), Income Tax, Professional Tax will apply. Employer EPF share is included in CTC.
• Selected candidates must execute a service bond equivalent to two months of consolidated monthly remuneration for serving RVNL for a minimum of one year.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through Walk-in Interview only:

1. Screening: A Screening Committee will examine applications for eligibility as per the advertised criteria.
2. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be assessed mainly on their experience in the relevant field and past performance.
3. Document Verification: Original documents must be produced at the venue along with self-attested photocopies.
4. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination as per RVNL policy.

No request for postponement of walk-in interview will be entertained. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
