Parivarttan Sishugruha (CCI) and Specialised Adoption Agency (SAA), Malkangiri is building a mixed professional and residential-care team for its child-care programmes under Mission Vatsalya. The CCI is registered under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, while the SAA supports the care and adoption pathway for young children. These are scheme-linked contractual engagements, not regular government appointments.

The recruitment brings together social work, counselling, health care, education and residential support in one notice. This matters because your day-to-day work will connect with other team members: case planning depends on accurate care notes, health observations and educational progress, while the residential staff provide the consistent routine children need.

Posts and Disciplines

• Child welfare and counselling: the Child Welfare Officer/Probation Officer and female Counsellor handle case work, psychosocial support and protection concerns.
• Residential care: the House Father and House Mother provide day-to-day supervision and a stable home routine inside the CCI.
• Education: the Educator supports school learning, while the female Social Worker-cum-Early Child Educator combines case support with early-childhood activities in the SAA.
• Health support: the Paramedical Staff, female Nurse and part-time Doctor cover medicines, nursing observation and paediatric guidance.
• Household support: the Cook, Helper-cum-Night Watchman, Housekeeper and Ayah keep the premises safe, clean and functional across daily shifts.

Post-wise Duties

Child Welfare Officer and Counsellor

You will keep individual case records, speak with children in an age-appropriate way, coordinate protection responses and help the management committee understand each child's needs. The counselling role is specifically for a woman and focuses more closely on emotional support and communication.

House Father and House Mother

You will guide the daily residential routine, observe changes in a child's behaviour, support study and recreation time, and report concerns to the professional team. The work needs patience, reliable shift coverage and a child-safe approach.

Educator and Early Child Educator

You will plan learning and developmental activities, follow each child's progress and coordinate with schools or care staff where needed. The SAA role also includes social-work inputs for children in early care.

Paramedical Staff, Nurse and Doctor

You will support routine health monitoring, keep treatment and medicine records, respond to common health concerns and refer children when specialist care is needed. The doctor provides part-time paediatric oversight, while the nurse and paramedical worker manage continuity of care.

Cook, Helper, Housekeeper and Ayah

You will maintain safe meals, clean living spaces and attentive daily care. The night-watch function also supports security after normal working hours, while the Ayah assists with the close care of younger children.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: Every engagement is temporary, performance-based and co-terminus with the relevant scheme.
• Status: selected staff do not become government employees and cannot claim a future regular appointment through this engagement.
• Role choice: submit a separate application for each post you want to be considered for and clearly name the position on the form.
• Travel: no TA or DA is paid for attending document verification.
• Management decision: the committee may fill, leave unfilled or cancel any advertised position, and its selection decision is final.
