Posts and Disciplines

Post-wise Duties

Dyeing and Degumming Supervisor

You will supervise dyeing and degumming operations, monitor process quality and coordinate production schedules and staff. Your work includes safe chemical handling, process records and coordination with other departments to keep production running smoothly.

Maintenance Supervisor

You will handle plant utilities and electrical maintenance, covering generators, treatment plants, boilers, chillers and electrical panels. The work includes fault finding, repairs, preventive maintenance and equipment logs so that the plant’s systems remain in working order.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial term: The contract begins with a year of engagement. Extension depends on the corporation’s needs and your performance, so continued service is conditional.
• Transfer liability: Although the advertised work is at Baksa, NEHHDC may transfer you to another location or branch when needed.
• Contract status: This engagement does not create a right to absorption or regular appointment. You cannot claim additional benefits or compensation beyond the engagement terms.
• Ending the contract: NEHHDC may terminate the engagement without prior notice for unsatisfactory performance. If you choose to leave, you must give a month’s written notice.
• Workplace conduct: You must follow the corporation’s expectations on punctuality and discipline while on duty. Leave follows its applicable rules.
