BNYS or BAMS from a government-recognised university; MSc Yoga or MPhil Yoga; a PG Diploma in Yoga of at least one year from a government-recognised university; a one-year Yoga certificate from a recognised university or government department; YCB Yoga certification; SCOLE Kerala Diploma in Yogic Science and Sports Yoga or one-year Certificate Course in Yoga; or a Yoga Teacher Training (DYT) course of at least one year from the State Resource Centre.
