MyGov, the Government of India platform for citizen engagement, is hiring a Content Writer cum Researcher for its public communication work. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial probation: Your first 3 months from joining are a probation period. This is the initial arrangement described for the engagement.
• Performance review: MyGov can shorten or extend probation based on your performance. The stated period is therefore subject to change.
• Continuation: Completing probation does not give you an automatic right to absorption or a regular contract. MyGov retains the decision on offering further engagement.
• Contract terms: The notice says a regular contract follows successful completion of the initial contract period. Read this together with its condition that continuation after probation is not guaranteed.
• Team support: The work connects research with creative, multimedia and editorial teams. Design support will be available for charts and infographics, so the notice places the role within a shared content workflow.
