MECL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026: Overview
Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL), a Miniratna-I public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, is building its non-executive workforce for the corporate office, project sites and offices across India. Post-wise Duties

You will inspect, operate and maintain rigs, machines, electrical systems or company vehicles. The work calls for practical fault finding, correct use of protective equipment and prompt reporting of defects that could interrupt project operations.
Accounts and Office Teams
You will manage accounts, materials, HR records, IT support, Hindi work or stenography, depending on your post. Accuracy, organised records and coordination with field offices are important because MECL projects run at several locations.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Posting: you may be placed at any MECL project, office or establishment in India, or overseas when the company needs it.

Qualifying Standards
- UR, OBC-NCL and EWS: 50% of the written-test marks
- SC and ST: 45% of the written-test marks
- PwD: relaxed standard under Government guidelines
