Marathwada Administrative and Development Training Academy (Marathwada Prabodhini) at Nathnagar (North), Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district is filling faculty and support posts on deputation. The academy is a divisional administrative training institute under the General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. It runs training programmes for Group B and Group C government staff under the State Training Policy 2011, and these posts belong to that State Training Programme.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Who can apply: Only serving Maharashtra Government officers and employees. You must attach a certificate from your head of office confirming that you are currently in government service.
• Lower-cadre option: If no willing or eligible officer turns up from the matching cadre, the academy will also consider staff from the next lower cadre who already meet the qualification and experience set for promotion to an equivalent post.
• Deputation tenure: The first term is three years. It can be stretched to a maximum of five years if the academy needs you, you are willing, and your cadre controlling authority agrees.
• Rules applied: Your application is checked against the deputation terms in the General Administration Department resolutions of 2015, 2016 and 2018 cited in the notice.
• Who decides: After scrutiny, the academy sends proposals for eligible applicants to the General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai for the final decision.
• Past deputation: The form asks whether three years have passed since you returned from your last deputation, so keep those dates ready.
