Posts and Disciplines

Post-wise Duties

Manager (Human Resources)

You will oversee establishment and employee-service matters, guide recruitment activity, interpret HR policy and handle disciplinary cases and labour-law issues. The role calls for careful decisions that remain consistent with both organisational policy and public-sector practice.

Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

You will support recruitment records, service files, policy administration and day-to-day employee relations work. You may also prepare case records and compliance inputs for senior review, particularly where disciplinary or labour-law questions arise.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Regular appointment: this is a regular MAHA Metro role, though appointment at a particular grade does not guarantee future promotion.
• Service bond: selected staff must sign the corporation's bond and complete at least three years of service; leave without pay is excluded from that period.
• Posting liability: while the immediate need is for Nagpur Metro, you may later serve wherever MAHA Metro operates or plans a project.
• Medical fitness: final appointment depends on passing the prescribed examination at a nominated hospital, with no alternative post offered after medical failure.
• Provisional requirement: MAHA Metro may change or cancel the notified requirement according to its actual staffing need.
• Interview travel: no TA or DA is paid for screening, verification, medical examination or joining.
