IIT Tirupati Nursing Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IIT Tirupati) needs Nursing Assistants on its campus, and the hiring is being handled by its outsourcing partner Oriental Integrated Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. (OIFM), Mumbai. You will be on the agency's rolls but work at IIT Tirupati — this is an outsourced, purely temporary engagement for one year, not a direct institute job. The notice is aimed at GNM nurses with hospital experience, and emergency care or ICU work with both adults and children gives you an edge.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Employer: OIFM is the engaging agency; IIT Tirupati is the client organisation where you are deployed.
- Tenure: The first term is one year. It can be extended if your periodic assessment reports show satisfactory work.
- No regular-post claim: You cannot claim a regular IIT Tirupati post, and you do not get the housing, medical facilities and other benefits that regular institute staff get.
- Age flexibility: The selection committee may relax the upper age limit for exceptionally good candidates.
- Languages and computers: Being able to talk to patients in English, Hindi or Telugu and a working knowledge of computers are listed as desirable.
- Final say: The institute's decision on shortlisting, final selection and fixing your pay is final.

You do not need to post a hard copy, and emails received after the last date will not be considered.
The shortlist will be published on the IIT Tirupati website, and the selection round is held offline. Carry your original certificates for verification on that day.
