IIT Kharagpur Project Engineer Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) is hiring a Project Engineer - Research for its G.S. Sanyal School of Telecommunication. The post belongs to the "6G Research and Standardization" project (project code R/GEA), led by Prof. Debarati Sen and sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.
This is a time-bound research assignment handled by the institute's Sponsored Research and Industrial Consultancy (SRIC) office, so it ends with the project and is not a permanent institute post.
