Who Can Apply?

Senior Administrative Officer Grade I (Pay Level 12):

• Qualification: Master's degree in any discipline OR a 2-year PG Diploma in Business Administration/Management from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years (6 years for SC/ST) of post-qualification experience in General Administration, Academic Administration, Admission, Executive Education, or MDP, including at least 5 years at Pay Level 10 or above.

Corporate Relations Manager (Consolidated Rs. 60,000/month):

• Qualification: Master's degree in any discipline OR a 2-year PG Diploma in Business Administration/Management, with knowledge of computer typing and office applications.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, career services, B2B sales/marketing, or corporate relations. Candidates with experience in reputed academic institutions are preferred.

Age Limit

• Senior Administrative Officer Grade I: Maximum 50 years.
• Corporate Relations Manager: Maximum 40 years.
• Age is counted as on 14 September 2026, the last date of application. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates applies as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Senior Administrative Officer Grade I: Pay Level 12 (Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,09,200 per month) as per 7th CPC, or an equivalent consolidated pay if hired on contract.
• Corporate Relations Manager: A consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000 per month. Higher compensation may be offered based on your skills and experience.

Selection Process

IIM Kashipur may use one or more of the following stages depending on the number of applications received:
