IIM Bodh Gaya Management Trainee cum Counsellor: Overview
Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya invites online applications for Management Trainee cum Counsellor – Clinical/Counselling Psychology under advertisement NT 2026-09-B, dated 21 September 2026. The institute will prepare a pool of suitable candidates who may be appointed as and when the requirement arises; the pool is valid for one year from the declaration of the result, so the notice does not state a fixed number of posts.

Contract and Pay
- Emoluments: consolidated Rs 20,000–35,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
- Contract: one year, which may be extended on the basis of performance.

The Role
The counsellor provides consultation, counselling, therapies and psychological assessments for students, faculty and non-teaching staff, maintains strict confidentiality and session records, stays available on call, and conducts in-house mental-health awareness and training sessions.
