IFCI Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview
IFCI Limited, formerly Industrial Finance Corporation of India, is hiring Associate Directors and Senior Associates on contract for its New Delhi head office. A Government of India undertaking, IFCI supports development finance and acts as a project management or verification agency for government schemes.

You will oversee application reviews, project appraisals and incentive claims, guide teams and coordinate with government clients.
Associate Director, Estates
You will lead property management, budgets and procurement, supervise staff and coordinate contractors.
Senior Associate
You will review scheme applications and financial claims and check project investment and progress.
Senior Associate, ACC
You will assess battery manufacturing processes and testing reports, examine domestic value addition and support scheme compliance.
Senior Associate, Credit Risk
You will analyse portfolio risks and expected credit losses, develop risk reports and support risk policies.
Senior Associate, Credit Monitoring and Recovery
You will assess financing proposals and project viability and support restructuring, recovery and asset valuation.
Senior Associate, Estates
You will manage building systems and estate services, track spending and support tenders and contractor work.
Senior Associate, Human Resources
You will handle recruitment, employee relations and HR systems, including disciplinary and labour-law matters.
Senior Associate, Electronics
You will check manufacturing facilities, machinery and capital investment, inspect projects and assess production readiness.
Senior Associate, Chemical and Petrochemical Sector
You will examine project reports and shared industrial utilities, inspect sites and flag implementation or safety concerns.
Senior Associate, Infrastructure Projects
You will review infrastructure plans, costs and milestones, inspect physical progress and support assessment of grant claims.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The initial contract is for 3 years. An extension needs mutual agreement.
- Posting: The advertised base is New Delhi, with transfer liability to regional offices across India, the head office, subsidiaries or associates.
- Service commitment: You must sign an indemnity bond with a surety to serve for at least 1 year. Resigning earlier requires payment of Rs. 1 lakh, in addition to the notice period or payment instead of notice.
- Travel: SC/ST candidates attending an in-person interview may receive travel reimbursement under government rules. No TA/DA is payable for online interviews.
- Recruitment discretion: IFCI may change or cancel advertised positions or the recruitment. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview.
- Communication: Keep your listed email, phone and address functional for at least 6 months. Incorrect information can lead to cancellation or termination.
- Disputes: Delhi has exclusive legal jurisdiction. The English notice governs interpretation where language versions differ.

You need the qualification and experience specified for your chosen role. Director roles need at least 15 years of relevant experience; most Senior Associate roles need 6 years, while ACC has separate 4-year and 5-year routes.
