ICSIL Science Graduate Recruitment 2026: Overview

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is arranging contractual, outsourced deployment of Science Graduates in the Delhi Jal Board (DJB). The notice is linked to water and wastewater laboratory work, with a walk-in interaction at Water Works Wazirabad. Shortlisting creates a panel for deployment; it does not promise an appointment to everyone on that panel.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement: your deployment is for a fixed period, until the contract expires or until regular staff join. The arrangement does not give you a claim to a regular appointment.
• Work location: deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. The department may ask you to work shifts or on a rotational basis, depending on its needs.
• Travel costs: ICSIL will not pay TA/DA for the interaction or verification visit. It will also not pay extra conveyance for your deployment.
• Security deduction: ICSIL will deduct an amount equal to 15 days’ salary, split equally between your first and second months. Refund with applicable savings-bank interest depends on a no-dues certificate from the client department and completion of your contractual obligations.
• Panel status: attending the walk-in or being shortlisted does not guarantee selection or deployment. The interview committee’s decision is final.
• Application accuracy: incomplete forms can be rejected. False or misleading information can also lead to rejection at a later stage, so keep your details consistent across the application and records.
• Conduct: attempts to influence officials or obtain recommendations can disqualify you. The notice also expects professional behaviour throughout the process.
• Changes: ICSIL may withdraw the advertisement or reject an application. Check its website for any notice or corrigendum before travelling.

The walk-in venue is Office of the CWA (W&S)-I, Delhi Jal Board, Water Works Wazirabad, Delhi 110054. Report between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM.

Online registration on the ICSIL website is a prerequisite even though the interview takes place in person. Complete the one-time registration payment before attending, allowing time for it to appear in your profile; the notice says ICSIL is not responsible for a late payment update.
