ICSI Consultant Training Recruitment 2026: Overview
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is hiring a Consultant (Training) for its Noida office on a contractual basis. ICSI regulates and develops the Company Secretary profession under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. This assignment supports the institute’s training content and student learning work, with a focus on keeping academic material connected to regulatory developments.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract period: The engagement lasts for 11 months. You should assess the opportunity as a fixed-period assignment when deciding whether it fits your plans.
- Office attendance: You must attend the Noida workplace on working days and follow ICSI’s normal office hours. The notice specifically ties attendance to the assigned place of posting.
- Travel costs: ICSI will not pay travel or daily allowance for attending recruitment proceedings, joining the assignment or completing it. Plan for these costs yourself.
- Accuracy matters: Incorrect information, false certificates or hidden material facts can lead to rejection. If ICSI finds a problem after appointment, it can end the engagement.
- Complete information: Incomplete forms and unclear qualification or employment details can be rejected. Make your entries specific enough for the institute to assess your background.
- Recruitment discretion: ICSI can change the advertised requirement, leave the position unfilled or cancel recruitment. Sending a form does not create an entitlement to appointment.
- Conduct: Canvassing can disqualify you. Any dispute arising from this advertisement falls under the courts in New Delhi.
Application Submission Notes
Keep the printout for your own records: ICSI asks you to retain your completed online form and says it will not issue a separate acknowledgement. Do not post a hard copy of the form, CV or certificates to the institute.
Form-entry rules: Convert grades into equivalent percentages and round percentages down to the lower whole number. Keep entries brief and avoid the special characters flagged in the form instructions.
Technical and contact notes: The notice recommends Google Chrome with JavaScript enabled and limits the resume upload to 100 KB.
