Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released Advertisement No. 22/2026 for the recruitment of HCS (Executive Branch), DSP, Excise and Taxation Officer (ETO) and other Allied Services posts. A total of 102 vacancies are available. This is a great chance for graduates who want to join the Haryana state government in Group A and Group B posts.

Who Can Apply

• Qualification: You need a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
• Age Limit: 18 to 42 years for all posts (except DSP). For DSP, the age limit is 18 to 27 years. Age is counted as on 01 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC/BC candidates get 5 years extra. PwBD candidates get 5 years extra. Women from various categories get 5 years extra. Ex-servicemen get military service period + 3 years. Haryana Government employees with 4 or more years of service can apply up to 45 years of age.

Salary Details

• HCS and DSP: Pay Level 10 — Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month
• Allied Services: Pay Level 7/8/9 — Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month
• Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, TA, Medical Allowance, LTC, and NPS

Application Fee

• General Male: Rs. 1,000
• DSC/OSC/BC/ESM/EWS/Women of Haryana: Rs. 250
• PwBD of Haryana: No fee (NIL)

Physical Standards (DSP Post Only)

• Male: Height — 5 feet 7 inches, Chest — 33 inches (34.5 inches expanded)
• Female: Height — 5 feet 2 inches

3. Fill in all your personal, educational and other details carefully.
4. Upload your photo, signature and other documents as asked.
5. Pay the application fee online.
6. Submit the form and take a printout for your records.

Important Dates

Note: Apply before the last date. Late applications will not be accepted. Read the official notification carefully before applying.

• Carry out administrative duties and manage district or sub-division level offices in Haryana
• Maintain law and order and handle public grievances in the assigned area (HCS/DSP)
• Supervise revenue collection, land records and settlement work (Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar)
• Handle excise and taxation matters including licensing and enforcement (ETO/AETO)
• Manage food supply and distribution systems at district level (DFSC/DFSO)
• Oversee cooperative societies and their registration and audit (ARCS)
• Manage traffic operations and transport services (Traffic Manager)
• Prepare reports, attend meetings and coordinate with other government departments
• Follow all government rules, guidelines and service conduct regulations
