HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) is recruiting a Deputy General Manager for Quality Assurance and Quality Control at its manufacturing unit in Kanagala, Karnataka. - Lead QA and QC operations against manufacturing and regulatory standards.
- Manage batch release, deviations, corrective actions, change control and quality records.
- Oversee laboratory testing and release of raw materials, packaging and finished products.
- Prepare teams for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
- Improve quality management systems and train QA and QC staff.
- Supervise validation of processes, cleaning, equipment, facilities and analytical methods.
- Coordinate quality work with production, regulatory, research and supply-chain teams.
- Review quality trends and represent the quality function during management reviews.
