HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Government of India enterprise, has released a notification to fill 30 apprentice positions at its Peroorkada Factory near SAP Camp, Thiruvananthapuram. The company is recruiting under two apprenticeship categories -- Graduate/Degree Apprentice for candidates with any graduate degree, and Diploma/Technician Apprentice for diploma holders. There is no application fee and no online portal -- you simply email your resume to HR. Fresh graduates and diploma holders who passed their qualifying exam within the last 5 years should apply.

Who Can Apply?

For Graduate/Degree Apprentice (Stipend: Rs. 12,300/month):

• You need a graduate degree in any stream -- B.Tech, BA, BSc, BBA, B.Com, BCA or equivalent.
• You must apply within 5 years from the date of passing your qualifying exam.

For Diploma/Technician Apprentice (Stipend: Rs. 10,900/month):

• You need a diploma in any stream.

Note: Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship training earlier are not eligible to apply again. Reservation will be given as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Graduate/Degree Apprentices get a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300.
• Diploma/Technician Apprentices get a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,900.
• In both cases, 50% of the stipend is paid directly by HLL and the remaining 50% by BOAT (Board of Apprenticeship Training).

Selection Process

HLL will shortlist candidates from the resumes received and conduct further rounds:

1. Resume Shortlisting: HR reviews all resumes received by the deadline.
2. Selection Test/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates are called; details will be shared later.

No travelling allowance is paid for attending the selection test or interview.
