Who Can Apply?

For Accounts Assistant:

Selection Process

Selection for Accounts Assistant and Accounts Officer will happen in 2 stages on the day of the walk-in:

1. Document Verification: Bring all your original certificates for age, qualification, mark sheets, experience, latest salary certificate with break-up, Aadhaar, PAN and recent passport-size photographs. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must bring an original community certificate issued by the concerned Revenue Authorities — without it you cannot sit for the test. This is a mandatory first step, so keep every document ready before you leave home.
2. Written Test: A Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) test of 30 minutes for 50 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong answers, and you need at least 25% marks to qualify.

The final decision on selection rests with HLL Management and is binding on all candidates.
