Selection Process

There is no written exam for these positions. HAL will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience, and shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the HAL website, and interview details will be sent via email.

Make sure you bring all your original certificates for age, education, and work experience to the interview for verification. Applications must be sent by Speed Post, Registered Post, or Courier only -- no email or fax submissions will be accepted.

  • Provide medical treatment and consultation to HAL employees and their dependent family members at the Industrial Health Centre
  • Attend to emergency medical situations as and when called upon
  • Visit the company hospital on designated days as per organizational requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of all official matters and sensitive information
  • Follow all company rules and regulations governing the part-time engagement

Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience is mandatory for both posts. Only regular/full-time qualifications will be considered.
