Post-wise Duties

Associate Professor

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The engagement runs only until the stated contract endpoint, the regular post is filled, or the actual need ends, whichever happens first. It gives no right to a future government appointment.
• Leave: Contract faculty receive 15 days of leave in a calendar year on a cumulative basis.
• Whole-time service: The institute may use your services according to operational need without an extra payment claim.
• Existing contract staff: People already working in the same cadre on contract at another Telangana government medical college cannot apply.
• Registration: Candidates from outside Telangana must register their qualification with the Telangana State Medical Council within one week of selection.
• Bond and notice: On selection, you must sign the prescribed notarised bond. Breaking it triggers the notice or recovery condition stated in the notification.
• Joining: You must provide a relieving order from your previous institute and join within one week, or the selection can be cancelled.
