ESIC Part-time Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, needs part-time teaching faculty for its College of Nursing at Kalaburagi, Karnataka. These are hourly-paid teaching slots, not regular jobs: you take a fixed block of classes in one subject and are paid for each 60-minute session you teach.

You will take Communicative English classes over 40 sessions, helping students build the language skills the course sets out.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement period: Your engagement ends once you complete the whole syllabus, and in any case at the end of the semester.
• Pay basis: You are paid per 60-minute session taught, not a monthly salary.
• Strict screening: Applications that do not meet the eligibility conditions, or arrive after the last date, are rejected outright, and ESIC will not reply to any correspondence about them.
• Right to cancel: ESIC can cancel the recruitment at any stage, and its decision is final.
