Service Conditions and Caveats
- No regularisation: These appointments remain contractual. You cannot claim a permanent appointment through this recruitment.
- Replacement by regular staff: You must agree at joining that the contract can end when the government appoints regular staff to the post.
- Minimum service: Occupational Therapists and Mid Level Health Providers must serve for at least 2 years.
- Renewal: The contract agreement is renewed after each 11-month period based on performance assessment under National Health Mission rules.
