Salary

• You will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 25,000 plus a Rs. 15,000 Performance-Linked Pay (PLP), totaling Rs. 40,000 per month.
• This is a fixed, consolidated remuneration — no TA, leave encashment, or other government retirement benefits are paid under this contract.
• You are paid only for the days you actually attend duty each month — pay is not guaranteed for unapproved leave or absence.
• This is a temporary, contract-based appointment that either side can end with one month's notice, and it does not guarantee future permanent government employment.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Merit (Academic Qualification): 70% weightage
2. Experience: 20% weightage
3. Interview: 10% weightage

The District AYUSH Committee will verify your educational documents, age proof, and other certificates when you appear for the interview. Bring your original certificates along with self-attested photocopies and 2 passport-size photographs. If you provide false or misleading information at any stage, your candidature will be cancelled and you alone bear the responsibility. Selected candidates cannot claim a right to reappointment based on this selection — each recruitment cycle is treated independently. You will not get any travelling allowance, preparation allowance, or leave encashment for attending the interview or during your engagement.
